We do not enter into contracts on behalf of either party, nor do we collect or transmit any funds related to a transaction.

All final negotiations, contract execution, and financial transactions are strictly between the designated buyer and seller or their respective mandates. We are not liable for any disputes, losses, or misrepresentations that may occur between third parties beyond our scope of introduction and consultancy.

All parties submitting inquiries through our platform are expected to provide accurate information, operate in good faith, and adhere to the relevant compliance, KYC, and anti-money laundering protocols applicable in their jurisdictions.
